The Enigma is a heavy class ship in MCST. Firing small lasers with horrible knockback, along with weak shields, it can be defeated easily by skilled speedsters, but it stands a chance in dense asteroid fields, with stats similar to a Hammerhead. While with more firepower, it is more wide and therefore more prone to large pulses and speedsters. It is best used for team support, and a player has to be skilled to win with this ship.
It is recommended to avoid direct combat with quick ships that have heavy knockback such as the Verdict, unless with secondaries.
